____________________________________________________________________________________

I am mother for one little girl that I love to death and a wife to my loving husband. In my everyday life I work as a banker but all other time I spend taking pictures of my little family and posting them online so my parents and family from Israel can see how we are doing here in Chicago. Shutterfly gives me the opportunity to take my pictures to the next level with the photo books and other great products.
I invite you to visit my Shutterfly Gallery page and view my recent photo books. Leave your comments and feedbacks, I appreciate both positive and negative ones because there is always way to improve.

What got you interested in making photo books?
Everything started when I was visiting my family in Israel and saw a photo book from a domestic company at my friend’s house. I got so exited and decided that there is no way that we don’t have something like this here in US. So I Searched the internet for couple of hours and finally got myself to Shutterfly website - that was it! Now creating photo books become my passion.

What are your favorite images to capture and why?
I just like taking pictures. First I was taking lots of them just to make sure there will what to choose from, but recently I decided that I am going to start working on quality and not quantity. I like taking pictures of my family members and friends. All my friend always expect me to be there with my camera to take their and their kids photos - and I enjoy it very much.

Who inspires you?
Life itself is the inspiration. Everyday brings me new emotions and new expiriences so I am trying to be ready to capture those fasinating moments and save them forever.

What kind of stories do you like to tell in your photo books?
I definetly like family stories and personal staff which is uniq to our family members only. Our family has very specific type of humor and I like to bring it to my books as well. Those who visited my books can see that even though I live in USA my book are all created in language that we speak home. My books are my memories.

What advice would you give your fellow photo book storytellers?
Take a lot of pictures, capture your life moments forever, make a lot of photobooks. Even little one for every ocation. Do not be afraid to try new thing in your books, like digital scrappbooking or special designes and so on.

What’s your next photo book project?
Right now I am finishing a small digital scrapbooking project about our trip to Miami and will be posting it any day. But my big project is a book for my daughters second birthday. I want to make something realy special to summarise her second year of life and the best moments of it. I do not have any ideas yet, but I saw so many interesting and inspiring books on the gallery so I sure I will have some thoughts about what I am going to do.

What are some of your favorite Gallery photo books and why?
If you go to my Favorites page you will definetly find there a lot of different types of photobooks and projects. Some I saved because of the specials desinges, some because of the concept, some because of the photographes that were taken. I really like the digital scrapbooking category and books posted there because it is just the whole new world of imagination.

Shutterfly has inspired me to take my photographs to the next level. I so enjoy taking photos of my family in action, but to really capture a special image now is also my goal. I have two catagories of photography. The first is just family fun and events…and the 2nd is strickly black and white. With my b/w I run with th goal of …making this picture more than just a snap shot …. But now, slowly both catagories are merging.
