Thank You for Your Inspiration

japan2008.jpgI was struck in looking at Gallery recently, how many new photo bookers there are and how many of them are crediting our community with inspiring them to take the plunge. I am so proud of the contributions of many, many Shutterfly photo book creators that have been willing to share their stories and ideas with others. Take a look at some ‘newbies’ and their fabulous work.
LaurenPri’s “ Japan 2008” is an example of someone who has caught the digital scrapbooking bug. Her simple layouts were done in Photoshop and have many original layouts to highlight her beautiful images.
cynthiaB455 and her “ Disney Memories” joins the ranks of the many other Disney stories being told by our members.
COScrapper took the plunge from paper scrapbooking to make “ Duck 2007” so that she could show-off all her images from a recent family trip.
Thank you again for everyone’s efforts to inspire others to make photo books a part of how they tell their stories. Please continue to share your photo books to Gallery.

    I just looked at the Japan book. How exciting new people are testing this out. I love it. I also checked out her other book and that is awesome as well. I’m trying to get a couple friends to do books through Shutterfly. The quality is AMAZING and its so fun to receive the book you worked so hard on and to see the professional finished product. I’m in awe of how many books come in EVERY day, EVERY hour. Way to go Shutterfly! i’ll have to check out the other new books…

    I too am excited to see new people posting such amazing books. I get so many great ideas because the gallery is such an excellent way to see everyone elses creativity. I see books I never thought of and I just recently received my son’s first grade yearbook that I created with inspiration from the gallery. I’m also a Disney nut so I’m always excited when a new Disney book has been posted. I have been so inspired by the Gallery I don’t know what I did without it.

    Looking through the photo books in the travel sections in the gallery inspire me not only in creating my own photo books, but also to book tickets to all the wonderful places I see photographed! This is like going on a mini-vacation everytime I click on one of the travel books. In addition, many of the travel journals are more personal than what you’d get on a travel site and so you get a more honest impression of an area. All in all, the travel books are wonderfully inspiring, on all levels!
