Shutterfly and CK Media have recently released two new scrapbook styled photo books that can support your summer storytelling.
Kerri Bradford designed “ Play Hard”, a book to tell the story of a sports season of one player or for the entire team. It can also be used to tell the story of multiple seasons at once as the page headlines and color palette are versatile enough to support a season played on the grass or in the gym or even in the pool. There are a bunch of examples in Gallery that illustrate the book’s versatility.
Angie S. used Play Hard to tell the story of 6 different sports across her 3 children in “ Svoboda Sports 2007-08”. “ Team Alabama” by SaraS327 follows a championship winning season of a boys baseball team. And finally “ Baseball Book” by LesleyD42 tells the story of her daughter’s first baseball season.
The other new book from CK Media is “ A Trip to Remember” designed by Brian Tippetts. As its title suggests, this is perfect for telling the story of a vacation journey. The simple design allows the photos to be the hero of each page. There are also fun titles to help guide recording of trip memories.
You can see a couple of examples in Gallery including “ Alaska 2008” by JaneD363 and “ Alaska Trip 2008” by JodiL117.
